Community event - Nerrigundah NSW

Hi People,

I hope you are all well.

We are happy to announce that our NSW South Coast project is locked in.

On April 17th 2021 we will set up camp for three weeks in the small town of Nerrigundah NSW. Situated at the head of the Tuross river valley,19km inland from Bodalla.

80% of Nerrigundah’s homes were destroyed in the ferocious bushfires of New Years Eve.

Despite their terrifying ordeal, many residents have decided to stay and rebuild.

Our offer to give these guys a hand with their recovery was welcomed at a recent community meeting.

Rosey and I will return to Nerrigundah next March to work with the local property owners to determine where we can assist with their progress.

The jobs will vary from building small sheds, gardens, chook houses , pergolas ,painting,tidy ups, fencing, etc, etc.

Our base will be the Nerrigundah Ag Bureau which has a shower, toilets and cooking facilities.( PHP will be catering the event).

There is no external mains power to connect to for caravans.
